From the first consultation through to surgery and then post operative appointments, Mr Jowett has been thoroughly professional and kept me fully informed as to the diagnosis of the problem involving my right foot, what the proposed surgery involved and the likely outcome. Through no fault of Mr Jowett's my planned surgery had to be postponed at the last minute, however, Mr Jowett took time to see me after he came out of the operating theatre late in the evening to explain that this had occurred due to the previous operation overrunning. He was kind enough to ensure that I was given a further date for surgery as soon as possible and my surgery took place before Christmas 2020 with very little additional delay.. The outcome was more successful than I had expected. I have a pain free right foot, I can wear normal shoes again, having had a year when it was impossible to wear other than sandals and there is no obvious residual scarring. The surgery has totally resolved the serious incapacity I was experiencing with my right foot and I am very grateful to Mr Jowett for his skill and expertise in ensuring such a first class resolution of a very real disability prior to the surgery he carried out.

Mr Jowett has treated me twice now and I have found him to be a good listener to my foot problems and explains in simple understandable terms the appropriate action required in a sympathetic way.
